What does a website audit actually check?
+
We check 6 categories: SEO (title tags, meta descriptions, heading structure, Open Graph), page speed (load time, page size, image optimization), mobile usability (viewport, tap-to-call, responsive design), security (HTTPS, security headers), Google Business Profile signals (address, phone, LocalBusiness schema), and social media presence. Each category gets a score and an A–F grade.
How long does the free audit take to arrive?
+
About 2 minutes. Our engine runs the analysis automatically and emails you the report as soon as it completes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within 5 minutes.
What's the difference between the free and paid audits?
+
The free audit gives you a score and grade for each category — you'll know where you stand. The Standard Audit ($49) explains why and tells you exactly what to fix: full SWOT analysis, 20-point checklist, competitor gap, and a prioritized action list as a PDF. The Full Audit ($149) goes further — 3-competitor deep analysis, a 30-day implementation roadmap, and a 15-minute strategy call with us.
Does my small business really need a website audit?
+
Yes — especially if you're a local service business and haven't had anyone look at your site technically. Most small business sites fail at least 2-3 categories. Missing Google Business schema, no tap-to-call links, and slow mobile load times are the most common issues, and they directly affect whether customers find you and call you instead of going to a competitor.
Can you fix the issues you find?
+
Yes. Northwest.net builds and rebuilds small business websites. If your audit reveals serious issues, we offer complete website rebuilds starting at $450 — every site we build scores 90+ on our own audit tool. Email us at

Do you serve businesses outside the Pacific Northwest?
+
Yes. We're based in the Pacific Northwest and focus on local service businesses in Washington, Oregon, and Idaho — but our audit tool and website builds serve businesses nationally.
