These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of northwest.net and the services offered by Silent Northwest LLC ("Northwest.net", "we", "us"). By using our site or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Northwest.net provides automated website audits (free, Standard, and Full tiers), web design and development services, and related digital marketing services. Service descriptions and pricing are available at northwest.net/services and northwest.net/#pricing.
2. Audit Services
Free audits are provided as-is with no guarantee of accuracy or completeness. Paid audits (Standard and Full) include a 100% satisfaction guarantee — if you are not satisfied with your report, email us within 7 days for a full refund.
Audit results reflect the state of your website at the time the audit was run. We are not responsible for changes to your site or third-party services that affect the accuracy of results after delivery.
3. Payment and Refunds
Paid audits are charged at the time of purchase via Stripe. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Web design project payments follow the payment schedule outlined in your individual project agreement.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to audit websites you do not own or have explicit permission to audit. Automated abuse of our free audit system (bulk submissions, scripted access) is prohibited and may result in immediate blocking. See our full Acceptable Use Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
Audit reports delivered to you are for your personal or business use. Northwest.net retains rights to the audit methodology, scoring system, and software. Web design work product is transferred to you upon final payment per your project agreement.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that your website scores will improve by any specific amount as a result of following audit recommendations.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silent Northwest LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be resolved in Snohomish County, Washington.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. The current version is always available at northwest.net/legal/terms.
